The project features a three-story building with a total area of 1130 sqm, consisting of a mix of one-bedroom apartments on the first and second floors, and spacious three-bedroom apartments on the top floor. All the modules were constructed off-site and assembled on-site using renewable, locally sourced and non-toxic materials.
